The Surfboard Studio - UV Quick Cure CABO-FILL Polyester Resin Repair Kit

UV CABO-FILL resin is a quick and easy way to fill all holes, cracks, chips when required for superficial dings up to 1 inch deep. Can be built up in layers for deeper dings, chipped noses and tails.

Will set to a semi-clear colour once cured and has a lot more strength than Q-Cell.

CONTENTS:

• 100ml UV CABO-FILL Resin
• 4 x Wooden Applicators
• 1 x Transparent Film Sheet
• 1 x  Squeegee
• Dry Sandpaper #80, #120, #240
• Wet & Dry Sandpaper #800 #1200

DIRECTIONS:

• Clean and sand the repair area before applying CABO-FILL mixture for a strong bond.
• For easier sanding and faster curing, cover the resin with the sheet of transparent film provided, use squeegee to flatten it down and shape the CABO-FILL to the contour of the board.
• Expose to sunlight for 5-10 minutes.
• Peel off the transparent film and sand the area.
• Once flat, use our UV Quick Cure Polyester Filler Resin Kit to finish off for a professional looking repair.

This product is a quick UV cure for repairs on polyester surfboards only.
DO NOT USE ON EPOXY BOARDS.
It contains Cabosil mixed into the resin for a strong structural strength.
Contains Styrene - Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames and most important EPS Foam.
