Undertaking The Surfboard Studio Surfboard Making Course
Acceptance Of Terms
By booking yourself or others into this course, you are voluntarily granting this Waiver and Assumption of Risk and accepting these terms and conditions in favour of The Surfboard Studio, Trumpet Head Pty Ltd, and any affiliates or properties, referred to in this document as the Seller.
Waiver And Release
As partial consideration, in addition to monies paid to the Seller for the opportunity to use the facilities, equipment, materials, and other assets of the Seller, and/or to receive assistance, training, guidance, tutelage, and/or instruction from the personnel of the Seller, and/or to engage in the activities, events, sports, festivities, and/or gatherings sponsored by the Seller, you waive and release any and all claims whether in contract or of personal injury, bodily injury, property damage, damages, losses, and/or death that may arise from that use or receipt.
Assumption Of Risk
You understand and recognise that there are certain risks, dangers, and perils connected with the course, facilities, equipment, materials, instruction, and related activities. You acknowledge that those risks have been explained, that you understand them, and that you nevertheless accept, assume, and undertake them after inquiry and investigation satisfactory and acceptable to you.
Safety And Conduct
You agree to use your best judgment in undertaking these activities, use, and/or receipt, and to faithfully adhere to all safety instructions and recommendations, whether oral or written.
You certify that you are a competent adult assuming these risks of your own free will, being under no compulsion or duress.
Effect Of Waiver
This Waiver and Assumption of Risk is effective from confirmation of booking, inclusive, and may not be revoked, altered, amended, rescinded, or voided without the express prior written consent of the Seller.
Bookings, Gift Vouchers And Date Changes
Due to limited spaces and high demand, all bookings and gift voucher purchases are final and cannot be refunded.
If you need to change the date of your booking, email info@thesurfboardstudio.com.au with "Change of Booking" in the subject line at least 30 days before your course is due to commence.
