Parties
The Surfboard Studio, parent company Trumpet Head Pty Ltd ABN 72 618 317 650, is the service provider and is referred to as The Surfboard Studio, TSS, us, or we.
The customer is the person or organisation who purchases or seeks services from The Surfboard Studio and is referred to as you.
Placing Orders
All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by The Surfboard Studio.
TSS may vary prices for received orders if price changes or errors occur. Customers will be advised if this applies.
Orders should be placed through the online ordering system wherever possible or in person at The Surfboard Studio, 1A Fink Street, Preston, Victoria 3072, Australia.
Stock quantities shown online may not account for orders already placed but not yet processed. Inventory discrepancies can also affect the accuracy of stock status displayed on the website.
Any attempt to cancel an order must be made as soon as possible. Cancellations attempted after dispatch may require the customer to pay shipping and handling charges plus the cost of returning the package.

International Orders
The Surfboard Studio ships Australia wide and selected items to New Zealand.
Payment
For online orders, accepted payment methods include PayPal, major credit cards, and available buy-now-pay-later payment options shown at checkout.
TSS may perform security checks for credit card orders and may request photo identification for large value orders.
Title of goods supplied does not pass to the customer until the full amount has been paid.
Shipping
The Surfboard Studio delivers products Australia wide. Shipping rates, delivery timing, bulky item handling, and surfboard blank freight details are set out in the Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing a suitable delivery address and ensuring someone is available to sign for and accept delivery where required.
Customers are responsible for freight charges incurred by refused shipments, unclaimed goods, or re-delivery attempts caused by an unattended address.
TSS does not ship to third-party addresses unless the address is known and can be verified by The Surfboard Studio.
Returns And Refunds
Returns, refunds, change-of-mind returns, faulty or damaged stock, and incorrect or missing item processes are set out in the Returns And Refunds Policy.
Incorrect, missing, or damaged items must be reported to TSS within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns are generally accepted only within 14 days of receiving the goods and must meet the conditions stated in the Returns And Refunds Policy.
Warranty Claims
Goods sold by The Surfboard Studio come with warranty coverage to be free from defects or faults, subject to the manufacturer's terms and applicable Australian consumer law.
Warranty cover is not transferable. Goods under warranty may be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. Warranty only covers the item or items sold by The Surfboard Studio.
If returned goods are determined by TSS not to be faulty, return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. TSS may seek permission to charge this cost to the customer's credit card where possible, or return the goods by Australia Post COD freight collected.
Warranties are void if a returned product has been mishandled, incorrectly installed, modified, tampered with, abused, or physically damaged.
Warranty claims must include a copy of the original invoice or the original invoice number, plus a detailed fault description.
The customer is responsible for shipping and insurance costs involved in sending warranty claim goods back to The Surfboard Studio. TSS is not responsible for parcels missing in transit on return to the studio.
Website And Product Information
Due to changing market forces and other circumstances that affect product availability and price stability, TSS may withdraw advertised products and change prices without notice.
Information on the website is believed to be accurate and reliable at the time of publishing, but misprints, human errors, and omissions may occur. TSS may correct prices, products, and specifications without notice.
Images displayed on the website are for illustrative and informational purposes. Actual products may not be identical to the images shown.

The Surfboard Studio Make Your Own Surfboard Course Gift Voucher Terms Of Use
1. Introduction
These terms apply to Make Your Own Surfboard Course gift vouchers issued by Trumpet Head Pty Ltd ABN 72 618 317 650 trading as The Surfboard Studio.
Purchase, redemption, or attempted redemption of a gift voucher constitutes acceptance of these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Make Your Own Surfboard Course gift vouchers expire 12 months after the date of issue unless otherwise extended by TSS.
2. Definitions
"The Surfboard Studio" means Trumpet Head Pty Ltd ABN 72 618 317 650 trading as The Surfboard Studio of 1A Fink Street, Preston VIC 3072.
"Gift Voucher" means the Make Your Own Surfboard Course gift voucher purchased, gifted, or received from The Surfboard Studio.
"Remaining Gift Voucher Value" means the unspent portion of the initial value loaded onto the Gift Voucher.
3. Redemption And Exclusions
Once loaded with value, a Gift Voucher may be redeemed for eligible purchases from The Surfboard Studio, subject to these terms.
Gift Vouchers cannot be used to make purchases on the TSS online store, eBay store, to purchase other Gift Vouchers, or to purchase other tender.
Eligible goods and services may change from time to time and are available by request or online at thesurfboardstudio.com.au.
4. Purchasing A Gift Voucher
For in-store Gift Voucher purchases, nominate the value to be loaded. A minimum value of $5 applies. The purchaser will be emailed a PDF voucher with recipient details, an identifiable code, and a purchase receipt.
Online Gift Vouchers may be purchased in available denominations shown on the website. The purchaser can opt for a personalised Gift Voucher to be mailed or emailed as an electronic copy to print at home.
The transaction is complete when the Gift Voucher code is activated and loaded with value.
5. Using A Gift Voucher
Gift Vouchers must be redeemed over the phone by calling 0438 416 738. Be ready to quote the voucher code and expiry date.
No change is given for remaining Gift Voucher value. Remaining value can be used in whole or part against future eligible purchases until the Gift Voucher expires.
If a purchase exceeds the remaining value, the excess must be paid using another payment method.
Gift Vouchers are not legal tender, account cards, credit cards, debit cards, or securities. They cannot be redeemed for cash or used for cash advances.
Gift Voucher balance and expiry date can be checked by emailing info@thesurfboardstudio.com.au or calling 0438 416 738. The Gift Voucher number must be supplied.
Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase another Gift Voucher and cannot be purchased by cheque.
6. Course Bookings And Date Changes
Due to limited spaces and high demand, all course bookings are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Date changes are considered only at TSS discretion and may attract a $250 administration fee. Email info@thesurfboardstudio.com.au with "Change of Booking" in the subject line at least 30 days before the course is due to commence.
7. Expiry, Cancellation And Re-Issue
Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue unless otherwise extended by TSS. After expiry, unused value becomes the property of The Surfboard Studio.
Gift Vouchers cannot be cancelled once issued except if voided by TSS, fully used, or expired.
TSS may void a Gift Voucher that appears defaced, mutilated, altered, or tampered with, and may subject Gift Vouchers to verification.
TSS may cancel a Gift Voucher or the Gift Voucher program for any reason at any time without notice. In those instances, except where a voucher is voided for tampering or similar reasons, TSS may provide a refund or replacement Gift Voucher.
A faulty or damaged Gift Voucher can be re-issued only where the fault or damage is proven to result from the production process or the fault of TSS, its agents, or contractors.
8. Lost, Stolen Or Used Gift Vouchers
Treat a Gift Voucher like cash. Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers are not replaced or refunded. The bearer of a Gift Voucher is taken to be its owner.
You are responsible for the use and safety of your Gift Voucher and liable for transactions on it, except to the extent there has been fraud or negligence by TSS.
If the remaining value is zero, a Gift Voucher cannot be reloaded and may be destroyed.
9. Changes, Privacy, Complaints And Law
TSS may change Gift Voucher terms at any time without prior notice.
The Privacy Policy explains how TSS handles personal information collected in relation to Gift Vouchers.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute in connection with a Gift Voucher is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia, including the Federal Court of Australia, Victoria Registry.
