Delivery Timing
Please allow 2-5 business days for deliveries to major cities.
Deliveries to remote areas may take additional days depending on the delivery location and carrier network.
Shipping Rates
Shipping on products is free for purchases over $150, except for surfboard blanks and some larger items.
A flat fee of $10 is charged for purchases under $150.
Orders are shipped through Australia Post Parcel Post or courier, depending on the order and destination.
Surfboard Blanks And Large Items
Shipping on surfboard blanks is handled separately because freight requirements vary by size and destination.
TSS staff will contact customers shortly after the order is placed, usually within one working day, to discuss freight options.
Customers can use one of the studio's regular couriers or organise their own courier at the customer's risk. TSS will box and pack the blank at no charge.
Delivery Address And Acceptance
Deliveries are normally made between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If a home address will be unattended, provide a work address or another suitable delivery address.
A contact phone number is required. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available at the delivery address to sign for and accept delivery.
Costs for re-delivery attempts may be passed on to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
Refused Or Unclaimed Goods
Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipments or unclaimed goods.
Third-Party Addresses
TSS does not ship to third-party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by The Surfboard Studio.
Carrier Delays
The Surfboard Studio makes every effort to dispatch and deliver on time, but carrier delays, remote delivery routes, and freight handling conditions can affect final delivery timing.
