Returns are accepted only within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned goods must be in original condition and include all original packaging and tags where applicable.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless the return relates to a confirmed fault, incorrect item, or missing item covered by this policy.
Change-Of-Mind Returns, Refunds And Exchanges
You have 14 days from purchase or dispatch to contact The Surfboard Studio and advise that you will be returning unopened and unused items for a refund or exchange.
Email info@thesurfboardstudio.com.au with "Change of Mind return or exchange" and your order number in the subject line.
Postage for non-defective items is the customer's responsibility, including change-of-mind returns, wrong size selections, or wrong colour selections.
Customers may return or exchange eligible purchases in person at The Surfboard Studio in Preston. Proof of purchase is required.
Re-posting costs are charged to the purchaser when replacement items need to be sent.
Faulty Or Damaged Stock
You have 14 days to contact TSS by email if you intend to return a faulty or damaged item for a refund or exchange.
Email info@thesurfboardstudio.com.au with "Faulty or damaged stock return" and your order number in the subject line.
If the item is deemed faulty, TSS will cover the cost of re-posting the replacement item to you.
Incorrect Or Missing Items
Incorrect, missing, or damaged items received in a delivery must be reported to The Surfboard Studio within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
Email info@thesurfboardstudio.com.au with "Incorrect or missing item" and your order number in the subject line.
If the item received is not what was ordered, do not open the sealed package it was sent in. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be treated as acceptance of the item as a satisfactory substitute, and no further claim can be raised after that.
The Surfboard Studio owns the title of any extra goods shipped with an order that were dispatched in error.
Where TSS has sent an incorrect item, TSS will cover the cost of returning the item for exchange and re-posting the correct item to you.
Refund Timing
Depending on stock availability and return processing, refunds may take up to 14 days from the date The Surfboard Studio receives the customer's return parcel.
Customers are notified by email when returns or refunds are processed.
